Instructions:

 

-Crystal Candy Rocks Supplies - Cookie #1:

 

100 grams of isomalt crystals (for each color)
Gloves
1 small pan
Purple food color
Sugar thermometer

 

How to make:
Put the isomalt crystals into the pan and heat it until it reaches 180 C.
Carefully with a wood spoon, add two drops of food coloring and mix.
Pour the colored isomalt into a silpat and let it cool.
When it's cooled - chop it with knife into small pieces.
Repeat the process with 2 lighter colors.

 

-Edible Moss Supplies - Cookie #2:

 

100 grams of super thin grated coconut
Gloves
Green & yellow food color
1 small bowl

 

How to make:
Pour the grated coconut into a bowl.
Add two drops of green food color and one drop of yellow.
Mix it with your hands.

 

-Water Drops Supplies - Cookie #3:

 

100 grams of isomalt crystals (for each color)
1 small pan
1 spoon
Gloveds (latex or isomalt gloves)

How to make:
Wear gloves.

Put the isomalt crystals into the pan and heat it until it reaches 180 C, then turn the fire off.
Carefully put the cookie near the pan and take a small amount of the clear isomalt so you can pour a couple of drops in the painted leaves to make them feel more natural.
WARNING: Be careful! The isomalt is super hot - even if it doesn't appear to be.
